That’s easy. There are pre-defined options for each item that you will be able to see and select from on the product pages of our websites. Select your options like you would with a sizing option and we’ll receive your request loud and clear. If you encounter any problems, please drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Pre-order period: from June 2017
During our soft-launch, we will be taking pre-orders with a delivery period of 6 to 8 weeks, depending on when you place your order. We will email you as soon as your order has been despatched. We recommend that you order early to avoid disappointment.
Normal delivery: from September 2017 onwards
For UK orders, your sportswear will arrive in less than 21 days, but usually within 14. If you still don’t have anything by day 14, drop us a line at email@example.com and we’ll give you an update. However, very occasionally, delivery can be delayed beyond 21 days. We work with a small manufacturing partner based in London and want to make sure everything is made for you to the highest possible standards, which can take time. If this is the case for your order, we will keep you informed at all times with expected estimated time of arrival.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We don’t currently ship outside of the UK, but we’re working hard to make this happen very soon.
How much does delivery cost?
If your order is more than £180, delivery within the UK is free.
For orders less than £180, delivery within the UK using a signed-for first class postage service is £3.95.
How can I cancel my order?
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Your order will be accepted and processed by us once your credit card and address details have been verified. Due to the customised nature of our goods, we’re unable to cancel or amend the order once it’s been placed. As all items are made to your specification, payment is taken in full when you place your order, to kick off the manufacturing process.
If you do need to cancel an order for any reason before it’s been sent out for delivery, you’ll be given store credit valid for twelve months from the date of cancellation in the same amount as your order.
I’ve received my order, but I’d like to return it. Can I get a refund?
Change of mind
If you wish to return your Adrenna items because you’ve changed your mind, or for any other reason, due to the customised nature of Adrenna items we’re unable to offer a full refund at this time in our young life. Instead, we would be more than happy to give you an exchange or a credit to the value of the goods purchased. To qualify for an exchange or credit, we must receive the products in an unworn condition, including all tags. Any returns that are soiled or damaged through wear and tear may not be accepted for a credit or exchange.

This doesn’t affect any of your statutory rights.
If you receive any faulty items, we’ll refund you by your original payment method within 14 working days of us receiving the item by return. We’ll also cover you for the cost of returning a faulty item. To return a faulty item, please email us at email@example.com and we’ll arrange a return (or replacement, if you prefer) for you.

Who makes the clothes?
All our clothes are made by manufacturers in London who pay at least the national minimum wage. As they’re local, we can collaborate closely with them during the production process.
Where do you source your fabrics?
All our fabrics are sourced from reputable and established suppliers in Italy. We are continually exploring and researching fabric sourcing as we find ways to make our products even more sustainable.
Is there somewhere I could try on Adrenna?
We’re currently working on finding some temporary or permanent retail space. In the meantime, we hope to bring you pop-ups in and around London. Sign up for updates on our website and we’ll let you know as soon as we’re ready.
Could I get my activewear personalised?
Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer this service. If it’s something that you’d be interested in, let us know by dropping us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I make any special requests, including having Adrenna items made to my measurements?
Adrenna is a made-to-order service using standard sizes, so unfortunately we don’t offer a bespoke service.
