UK Returns


All UK returns are free using the Collect+
service.

If you wish to use another return method, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the return.

Change of mind

To qualify for a refund, exchange or credit, we must receive the products in an unworn condition, including all tags.  Any returns that are soiled or damaged through wear and tear may not be accepted for a  refund, credit or exchange.

This doesn’t affect any of your statutory rights.

Faulty orders

If you receive any faulty items, we’ll refund you by your original payment method within 14 working days of us receiving the item by return. We’ll also cover you for the cost of returning a faulty item. To return a faulty item, please email us at returns@adrenna.co.uk and we’ll arrange a return (or replacement, if you prefer) for you.

Returns from Europe, US, Australia, Canada or NZ
Unfortunately we are unable to cover the costs of returns from countries outside of the UK.  Returns will be accepted if received within 14 days of purchase, but customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.  Upon receipt of items in unworn condition with all tags attached, we will be happy to offer customers an exchange or credit to the value of the goods purchased.
